It all started with a love of good coffee.
And maybe avocado on toast…
With the move to a brand new city in 2012, owners, Nick and Teresa began searching for the specialty coffee lifestyle as they knew it, from their home, in Melbourne, Australia. In 2014, their first café opened in the Coral Gables neighborhood of Miami. Bringing a tried and tested concept inspired by the Melbourne cafe scene, Threefold Cafe executes breakfast and lunch fare consisting mainly of locally sourced ingredients, which rotates and changes regularly.

Bay 13 Brewery & Kitchen was conceived by two recovering accountants turned hospitality entrepreneurs, aimed at showcasing Melbournian hospitality. Bay 13 is focused on a deliberate and comfortable environment serving quality beer, quality food with friendly, professional service in a relaxed atmosphere. With the addition of a very deliberate, high-quality, and beer-focused menu, we are aiming to bring something truly unique to the South Florida beer market.
The beer menu is fresh and will change regularly showcasing a global offering of beer styles, of course including some great Southern Hemisphere style beers.

Deco Coffee Co. was created to source, roast and serve coffees we love to drink. At the core of this vision is to work in close partnership directly with coffee farms globally to source directly and transparently improving the returns back into the origin of our coffee.
We are committed to training and education with the ultimate objective being the transfer of quality from the coffees we source, roast and present, to the cup. We are serious about coffee, so you won’t find our coffee everywhere, but you can be assured when you do see it, it will be like-minded, quality-focused people just like us.
